페이스랩(face_lab) 서비스 이용약관

1. 목적

본 약관은 페이스랩(이하 “앱”)이 제공하는 인공지능 기반 얼굴 사진 편집, 규격 증명사진/프로필 생성 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 이용자와 서비스 제공자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

2. 초상권 및 이용자의 의무

• 이용자는 본인의 얼굴 사진 또는 정당한 사용 권한을 보유한 사진에 한하여 서비스를 이용하여야 합니다.
• 타인의 사진을 무단 도용하거나, 연예인·공인의 초상권 및 저작권을 침해하는 행위, 타인을 비방하거나 음란·불법 합성물(딥페이크 등)을 제작하는 일체의 행위를 엄격히 금지합니다.
• 이용자가 업로드한 사진 또는 합성 결과물로 인해 발생하는 제3자의 권리 침해 등 모든 법적 분쟁의 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.

3. 인앱결제 및 크레딧 환불 규정

• 앱 내에서 AI 사진 편집을 위해 유료 크레딧을 구매할 수 있으며, 결제는 앱을 내려받은 공식 앱 마켓(구글 플레이·원스토어·앱스토어 등)의 결제 시스템을 통해 처리됩니다.
• 청약철회 및 환불 제한: 디지털 콘텐츠의 특성상 이미 AI 사진 변환에 사용되거나 차감된 크레딧은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 의거하여 청약철회(환불)가 불가능합니다.
• 구매 후 전혀 사용하지 않은 크레딧에 대한 환불은 구매일로부터 7일 이내에 구매하신 앱 마켓의 환불 정책에 따라 요청하실 수 있습니다.

4. AI 생성물 및 서비스에 대한 면책

• AI 기술의 특성상 결과물의 완성도, 원본 사진의 화질 및 각도에 따라 생성 품질에 차이가 발생할 수 있으며, 생성 결과에 대한 주관적 만족이나 특정 공공기관 규격 사진 심사의 최종 통과를 100% 보증하지 않습니다.
• 업로드된 사진 원본 및 결과물 이미지는 개인정보 보호를 위해 서버에 영구 보관되지 않으므로, 생성 즉시 기기에 직접 저장하여야 합니다.

FaceLab Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service outline the conditions and mutual responsibilities governing the use of FaceLab (“the App”), an AI-assisted face portrait editing and standard ID photo generation application.

2. Portrait Rights & User Conduct

• Users must only upload photographs of themselves or photos for which they hold lawful consent and authorization.
• Misappropriating third-party photos, infringing celebrity/public figure publicity rights, creating defamatory images, or generating deepfakes/unlawful synthetic content is strictly prohibited.
• Users bear full legal responsibility for any third-party rights infringement resulting from uploaded photos or generated portraits.

3. In-App Purchases & Refund Policy

• Users may purchase paid credits for AI image processing via the official app store from which the app was installed.
• Consumption & Non-Refundability: Credits already utilized or deducted for AI photo generation cannot be refunded due to the immediate digital nature of the service.
• Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase pursuant to the refund policy of the app store where the purchase was made.

4. Disclaimers regarding AI Output

• Due to the nature of generative AI, synthesis quality depends on lighting, resolution, and angle. 100% subjective satisfaction or guaranteed approval by government passport/ID examiners cannot be warranted.
• Uploaded and generated images are not permanently archived on our servers; users must save their outputs locally immediately.

FaceLab 利用規約

1. 目的

本規約は、FaceLab（以下「本アプリ」）が提供するAI顔写真編集および各種証明写真・プロフィール生成サービスの利用条件を定めるものです。

2. 肖像権および利用者の義務

• 利用者は、自身が正当な権利を有する写真のみをアップロードしてサービスを利用するものとします。
• 他人の写真を無断使用する行為、著名人の肖像権・著作権侵害、ディープフェイク等の違法・不当な合成画像作成を固く禁じます。
• アップロード画像および生成物に起因する第三者との権利紛争については、利用者本人が全責任を負うものとします。

3. アプリ内課金および返金規定

• 有料クレジットの購入は、アプリを入手した公式アプリストアの決済システムを通じて行われます。
• 返金制限: デジタルコンテンツの性質上、すでにAI生成に使用・消費されたクレジットの返金はできません。
• 一度も使用していないクレジットについては、購入後7日以内に各ストアの返金ポリシーに従って申請できます。

4. AI生成物に関する免責事項

• 生成品質は元写真の解像度や角度に依存するため、主観的満足度や公的機関による規格審査の合格を100%保証するものではありません。
• 写真はサーバーに永続保存されないため、生成後は直ちに端末へ保存してください。
