훌훌(hulhul) 서비스 이용약관

1. 목적
본 약관은 훌훌(이하 “앱”)이 제공하는 감정 정리(태우기), 익명 광장(게시판), AI 위로 메시지 제공 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 이용자와 서비스 제공자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
2. 익명 광장(UGC) 운영 정책 및 금지 행위
훌훌은 모든 이용자가 안전하게 위로를 나눌 수 있는 환경을 지향합니다. 앱이 유통되는 앱마켓의 사용자 생성 콘텐츠(UGC) 정책에 따라 다음 각 호의 행위를 엄격히 금지합니다:
- 욕설, 비하, 특정 집단 및 개인에 대한 혐오·차별 발언
- 음란물, 성적 수치심을 유발하는 내용 및 성매매 알선 정보
- 자해·자살을 조장하거나 폭력을 미화하는 행위
- 타인의 실명, 연락처, 계좌번호 등 개인정보를 무단 게시·노출하는 행위
- 상업적 스팸, 광고성 홍보글, 사기 및 불법 도박 유도
3. 불량 게시물 제재 및 이용 제한 (Zero Tolerance)
- 이용자는 광장 내 부적절한 게시물을 언제든지 [신고]할 수 있습니다.
- 한 게시물에 신고가 3회 누적되면 자동으로 가려지며(비공개 처리), 가려진 글은 30일 뒤 삭제됩니다.
- 금지 행위가 확인된 게시물은 관리자에 의해 사전 통보 없이 즉시 삭제될 수 있습니다.
- 반복적으로 불량 게시물을 작성하거나 심각한 정책 위반을 유발한 이용자는 기기 식별자 차단을 통해 서비스 이용이 영구 정지될 수 있습니다.
4. AI 위로 및 감정 기록에 대한 면책
- 앱이 제공하는 AI 위로 메시지, 명언, 감정 통계는 이용자의 정서적 환기와 자기 성찰을 돕기 위한 보조 도구입니다.
- 본 서비스는 의료기관의 정신건강의학과적 진단, 심리상담 치료, 위기 상황 대응을 대체할 수 없으며, 전문적인 치료가 필요한 경우 관련 전문 의료기관의 도움을 받으셔야 합니다.
5. 문의처 및 권리 침해 신고

1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the access and use of HulHul (“the App”), an emotional wellness application offering worry-burning journaling, an anonymous community plaza, and AI-powered comforting reflections.
2. Anonymous Plaza (UGC) Policy & Prohibited Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a safe, empathetic community for all users in full compliance with the User Generated Content (UGC) policies of the app stores that distribute this app. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Profanity, defamation, harassment, discrimination, or hate speech against individuals or groups
- Sexually explicit content, obscenity, or commercial sexual solicitation
- Depicting, promoting, or glorifying self-harm, suicide, or violence
- Doxxing or unconsented posting of private personal data (names, phone numbers, financial info)
- Commercial spamming, unsolicited promotions, scams, or illegal gambling invitations
3. Zero-Tolerance Moderation & Enforcement
- Users can [Report] any objectionable community post at any time.
- A post that receives 3 reports is automatically hidden, and hidden posts are deleted after 30 days.
- Violating posts may be removed without prior notice by moderators.
- Users who repeatedly violate policies or engage in egregious abuse will face immediate and permanent device bans.
4. Wellness Disclaimers & Medical Disclaimer
- AI comforting messages, quotes, and mood trends are intended solely as self-reflection aids.
- The App DOES NOT provide medical advice, psychiatric diagnosis, or professional crisis intervention. Users experiencing acute emotional distress should seek immediate professional medical assistance.
